NOTE.
i.Corps members deployed to the above mentioned States will commence their orientation exercise on the1st of September, 2014.
Corps members posted to Lagos and have their resumption date of orientation as 1st September, 2014 should also take note

ii.All prospective corps members are therefore advised to proceed to their respective camps as stated on the callup letters. Foreign trained graduates are to report to camps with their travelling passports for easy identification.

iii.In the event of any loss of callup letter, the prospective corps member is advised to obtain a police report and a Sworn Affidavit and thereafter report to institution of graduation for further necessary action.

3.REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT.
i.Original callup letter
ii.Original statement of result endorsed by authorised officer with authentic signature
iii.School identity card including travelling passport for foreign trained graduates
iv.Medical Doctors, Pharmacists and Optometrists aswell as Dentists are to produce evidence of completion of housemanship/internship and evidence of registration with their professional bodies.
