4.       Those who want to be proficient in Electrical Engineering  craft practice

5.       Those who want to be proficient in welding and machine fabrication

6.       Those who want to be proficient in the use of computer and novel technology

7.       Those who also want to obtain DIPLOMA, NABTEB, TRADE TEST AND PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE

1.       Engineering graduate with a desire to fine tune their skill

2.       Holders of SSCE with strong desire for Technical skills

3.       Holders of  Jss who want to pursue Technical studies

4.       Individuals with Awaiting results are also eligible to apply

5.       Also individuals who might have learnt either trade or one technical skill and wishes to improve their skills with clear practicals and theory.
